About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Support Worker in Adult Services. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to elderly residents in various care homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to residents, including domestic and kitchen duties.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Support residents with their medication and mobility needs.
  • Engage with residents in a friendly and respectful manner, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
Requirements
  • Must be registered with Social Care Wales.
  • Must have an enhanced DBS on the update service.
  • Must be able to obtain a minimum of 3 years' references.
  • Must have a minimum of 6 months' UK-based experience as a Support Worker.
