**About the Role**

Eaton Syalon Ltd is seeking a highly skilled HR Manager to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for managing employee relations, recruitment, and onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage employee relations, including employment law, contracts, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Partner with managers to develop and implement HR-related policies and procedures.
  • Oversee the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate staff appraisals, reviews, and probation meetings.
  • Supervise absence management cases and oversee performance management processes.
  • Support the disciplinary and grievance processes as required.
  • Contribute to Learning & Development efforts, including coordinating course attendance with external training providers.
  • Maintain and update HR information systems, including administration of starter and leaver information.
  • Influence positive employee relations across the business to maintain and improve business output requirements and ensure increased employee engagement.
  • Partner with the leadership team on strategic HR initiatives and projects.

About the Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a self-motivated individual with excellent time management skills and experience in a standalone or small team environment. You should have in-depth knowledge of employee legislation and HR best practice. Qualifications are less important than the experience you can bring to the role.
