Senior Care Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Barchester Healthcare.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and inspire a team of dedicated Care Assistants to deliver high-quality care and support to our residents.
- Support the clinical team in specific areas, such as medication, assessments, care plans, and care reviews.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Contribute to the creation of a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment that promotes resident dignity and well-being.
- NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health and Social Care.
- Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
