About the Role:

Trinity Resource Solutions is seeking experienced professionals in the field of airfreight logistics. We are looking for two dedicated Airfreight Import Operators to enhance our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the customs clearance process for airfreight shipments utilizing CDS (Sequoia).
  • Coordinate with handling agents to facilitate the release of cargo.
  • Organize collections and deliveries for clients across the country.
  • Provide accurate quotations to clients and overseas partners.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including invoice generation and processing supplier payments.
  • Exhibit a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, which is the foundation of our operations.

Working Conditions:

This position operates Monday to Friday, offering attractive benefits. While the role primarily involves standard hours, there may be occasional requirements for out-of-hours clearance, for which appropriate compensation will be provided.
