About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Regional Contract Director to join our team at Mountain Healthcare. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and managing our contracts and services across the Eastern region.

As a Regional Contract Director, you will be accountable for the successful delivery of our contracts, ensuring that we meet our contractual obligations and provide high-quality services to our patients and customers. You will work closely with our commissioners, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure that our services are delivered to the highest standards.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in contract management, leadership, and governance. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our stakeholders and teams. You will also have a deep understanding of the clinical forensic healthcare sector and the challenges faced by our patients and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage our contracts and services across the Eastern region
  • Ensure the successful delivery of our contracts, meeting our contractual obligations and providing high-quality services
  • Work closely with our commissioners, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure that our services are delivered to the highest standards
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve our services and meet the needs of our patients and customers
  • Manage and develop our teams, ensuring that they have the skills and resources needed to deliver high-quality services
  • Ensure that our services are compliant with all relevant regulations and standards
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our stakeholders and teams
Requirements
  • Strong background in contract management, leadership, and governance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Deep understanding of the clinical forensic healthcare sector and the challenges faced by patients and customers
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality services and meeting contractual obligations
