About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Contract Director to join our team at Mountain Healthcare. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and managing our Sexual Assault Referral Centres (SARCs) across the Eastern region.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring the successful delivery of our contracts, including financial performance, commissioner satisfaction, and provision of high-quality services. You will also be responsible for leading a team of professionals, fostering good relationships with commissioners and partner agencies, and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

As a Regional Contract Director, you will be accountable for ensuring that our forensic service conforms to all relevant quality standards, including CQC, UKAS, and Mountain Healthcare's own standards. You will also be responsible for safeguarding, medicines management, and ensuring that our services are compliant with best practice.

You will work closely with our senior leadership team to ensure that our services meet the needs of our patients and customers, and that we continue to provide high-quality care and support. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage our SARCs across the Eastern region
  • Ensure successful delivery of contracts, including financial performance and commissioner satisfaction
  • Lead a team of professionals and foster good relationships with commissioners and partner agencies
  • Identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, including CQC, UKAS, and Mountain Healthcare's own standards
  • Accountable for safeguarding, medicines management, and best practice
Requirements
  • Previous management and leadership experience
  • Qualified Registered Nurse (NMC) with a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience
  • Basic Life Support (training provided)
  • Working with vulnerable people
  • Excellent communication skills and styles
  • Proven strong judgement and analysis
  • Robust skills in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in managing contracts and teams
