Position Overview:

We are currently in search of a qualified professional to take on the role of Head of Finance. Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Financial Planning: Contribute to the formulation of financial strategies that support business growth, including potential expansions and investment opportunities.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide the finance team, fostering their professional growth and ensuring high performance. Work closely with other departments to enhance financial processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong interest in the retail sector, with experience in the furniture industry considered advantageous.
  • Qualified accountant with substantial experience in a financial leadership capacity.
  • Expertise in international transactions and currency risk management.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in cash flow management, particularly in import/export contexts.
  • Advanced skills in financial software and MS Excel for analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while driving financial initiatives aligned with business objectives.
