Position Overview:
We are currently in search of a qualified professional to take on the role of Head of Finance. This pivotal position will be responsible for steering the Finance Department and aligning with our long-term strategic goals. You will manage all financial operations, focusing on stock cost management, foreign currency exposure, cash flow optimization, invoice financing, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting: Generate and present precise financial statements, including balance sheets and cash flow reports. Conduct ongoing financial analysis to uncover trends and areas for enhancement.
- Cash Flow Management: Oversee the invoice finance operations, ensuring timely monitoring of receivables and compliance with relevant terms. Formulate strategies to enhance cash flow while managing currency risks.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong interest in the retail sector, with experience in the furniture industry considered advantageous.
- Qualified accountant with substantial experience in a financial leadership capacity.
- Expertise in international transactions and currency risk management.
- Demonstrated proficiency in cash flow management, particularly in import/export contexts.
- Advanced skills in financial software and MS Excel for analysis and reporting.
