Job Description

Job Summary

Medlock Partners is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Services Administrator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 and relevant FCA rules.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product, legislative, and technical changes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain professional relationships with clients.
  • Administer LOA processes, new business applications, and appointment packs.
  • Conduct valuations, letter writing, and telephone interactions with providers.
  • Perform general administrative duties as required.

Requirements:

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in a financial services organization with a strong understanding of regulations and compliance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with the ability to learn new software packages.
  • Excellent customer-facing interactions, administration skills, and phone manner.
  • Well-presented, self-motivated, and organized with a strong work ethic.
  • Able to take personal responsibility for the quality and timeliness of work.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
