Job Title: Extra Care Scheme Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Extra Care Scheme Manager to join our team at Guinness Partnership. This is a full-time role for 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide an effective intensive housing management service to residents living in an Extra Care scheme.
  • Deliver housing support and create a vibrant, safe, and welcoming environment for residents.
  • Work closely with residents, their families, and other stakeholders to ensure their needs are met.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote resident independence and well-being.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in housing management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and policies.
