Key Responsibilities- Assist the Executive Assistant in managing daily administrative tasks, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and travel coordination.
- Perform general administrative duties, such as ordering office supplies, maintaining office equipment, and handling incoming and outgoing mail.
- Assist in managing and prioritising incoming emails, ensuring urgent matters are addressed promptly.
- Coordinate and assist senior executive itineraries, including events, hotels, and dinners.
- Support the Executive Assistant on events for the executive team and company-wide.
- Coordinate and arrange logistics for meetings, conferences, and events, including venue booking, catering, and materials preparation.
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients and stakeholders.
- Process and reconcile expense reports.

- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
