About the Role

Gallagher Bassett, a leading provider of claims and risk management services, is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive support to our Executive Assistant and ensuring the smooth functioning of our executive office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Executive Assistant in managing daily administrative tasks, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and travel coordination.
  • Perform general administrative duties, such as ordering office supplies, maintaining office equipment, and handling incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Assist in managing and prioritising incoming emails, ensuring urgent matters are addressed promptly.
  • Coordinate and assist senior executive itineraries, including events, hotels, and dinners.
  • Support the Executive Assistant on events for the executive team and company-wide.
  • Coordinate and arrange logistics for meetings, conferences, and events, including venue booking, catering, and materials preparation.
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients and stakeholders.
  • Process and reconcile expense reports.
About You
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
