Job Type: Temporary role, possibility of extension
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at the front desk
- Manage clinic schedules and appointments, ensuring efficient use of time
- Process patient information and maintain accurate records
- Handle incoming calls and respond to queries in a timely and courteous manner
- Provide administrative support to clinical staff as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a reception or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in IT systems, including scheduling software
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
