About the Role:
The Rental Sales Manager will report directly to the Senior Rental Sales Manager and will be responsible for establishing and nurturing robust trading relationships with client organizations that align with our client's ideal customer profile. The goal is to maximize mutual benefits and ensure that customers receive comprehensive introductions by thoroughly understanding their needs and collaborating with colleagues to create effective service delivery strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business accounts that fit our ideal client profile.
  • Engage in weekly prospecting across various channels to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Manage personal activities through a structured weekly plan, prioritizing client buying cycles and ensuring efficient progression through the sales process.
  • Facilitate effective onboarding for rental customers.
  • Implement profitable pricing strategies across key rental accounts.
  • Drive rental utilization to meet or exceed annual targets.
  • Generate detailed rental reports for clients.
  • Continuously enhance knowledge of commercial vehicle specifications, operational advantages, relevant legislation, and market trends.
  • Accurately capture and communicate essential information to manage client expectations effectively.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance service delivery and leverage team knowledge for success.
  • Stay informed about client developments and competitor activities, sharing relevant insights with the team.
