Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Conference Coordinator to join our team at Aztec Hotel & Spa. As a Conference Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all conference bookings and enquiries, ensuring that all enquiries are responded to and followed up in an effective and timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all conference bookings and enquiries
- Ensure that all enquiries are responded to and followed up in an effective and timely manner
- Support the effective administration of conference activities in the hotel and communicate these effectively to all departments within the hotel
- Actively drive sales by seeking new opportunities and following up sales leads set by the Head of Sales
- Assist with planning internal and external showcase events held at the hotel and off site
- Build relationships with clients and develop good working relationships to encourage repeat bookings
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role or in a customer-facing environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
- Keen eye for detail and ability to maintain high standards
- Previous experience in sales and marketing is advantageous
