Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Therapist to join our team at 3dleisure. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing high-quality treatments to our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Treatment Delivery: Deliver high-quality treatments in line with relevant product house training, ensuring that all treatments are completed to the highest standard.
  • Administration: Assist with administration duties, including booking treatments, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure a safe and healthy environment for staff and clients, adhering to the company's Health and Safety Policy and relevant instructions.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a spa or beauty therapy setting is required.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, ability to work independently, and strong communication skills.
Working Conditions
  • Hours of Work: 24 hours per week, including weekends.
  • Pay: £12.60 per hour.
  • Benefits: Discounted or free food, gym membership, and commission pay.
