DivalentineCalver Recruitment is seeking a skilled European Operator to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for managing European road freight consignments from start to finish. Your primary duties will include:
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Building strong relationships with clients to maximize their European road freight business potential
* Developing reliable and cost-effective European services with suppliers
* Calculating accurate freight quotations for export and import shipments
* Completing operational administration, including job cards and booking confirmations
* Raising necessary documentation, including customs clearance formalities
* Managing European road freight consignments through to successful delivery
* Invoicing and completing job files
**Requirements:**
* Minimum 3 years of experience in European Road Freight
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work in a team environment
* Familiarity with post-Brexit customs clearance requirements (advantageous but not essential)
