Jas Gujral is seeking an exceptional candidate to lead our digital transformation journey. As the Head of Digital & Data, you will be responsible for driving the development of our digital products and processes, ensuring seamless customer and colleague experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy, aligning with our bank's overall vision and goals.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in researching, designing, building, and releasing transformative user journeys for customers and employees.
  • Collaborate with business and support functions to ensure all interests are represented in the development of our future-state digital capability.
  • Define the digital products and processes vision, build roadmaps, and lead prioritization to deliver that vision in a performant, secure, and user-focused way.
  • Design and implement a bank-wide data governance framework, ensuring businesses and support functions are held accountable for ownership and maintenance of accurate data.
  • Manage governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance activities related to digital products and processes.
  • Develop an inclusive and collaborative culture where the advice and knowledge of skilled specialists are heard and respected.

Requirements:

  • Outstanding SME in digital product and process management and digital user experience design, within the Financial Services industry.
  • Customer-centric with a strong focus on end-user experience and outcomes.
  • Demonstrable experience in the end-to-end lifecycle of product and process development, including managing and delivering high-quality digital products and processes to end-users.
  • In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies and significant experience of working within an agile environment.
  • Strong influencing skills with the ability to confidently represent the Digital Product area and gain buy-in to the strategy and roadmap with a diverse set of stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, often with competing priorities.
  • Good knowledge of the Financial Services industry and strong awareness of the digital banking ecosystem.

About the Role:
