Job Summary:

IC Resources is seeking a highly experienced Senior MEMS Process Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our fabrication team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and hands-on process experience to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our R&D team to develop and implement new fabrication processes and solutions.
  • Work closely with our foundry partners to ensure high-quality wafer fabrication and metrology services.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to our PIC and MEMS design team.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients and partners.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in MEMS process engineering, with a strong background in microfabrication processes.
  • Experience with process modules such as DRIE, VHF, Fusion bonding, wafer caping, and metal deposition.
  • Strong knowledge of MEMS and PIC design principles and fabrication processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Undergraduate or graduate degree in Physics or Engineering.
