Job Summary:

IC Resources is seeking a highly skilled Senior MEMS Process Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our fabrication team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and hands-on process experience to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our R&D team to develop and implement new fabrication solutions for external foundry partners.
  • Utilize metrology equipment to analyze and optimize process parameters.
  • Work closely with our PIC and MEMS design team to ensure seamless integration of fabrication processes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with foundries and packaging houses to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of fabrication services.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in microfabrication processes, including DRIE, VHF, Fusion bonding, and wafer caping.
  • Strong knowledge of MEMS and PIC design principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Undergraduate or graduate degree in Physics or Engineering.
