Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nurse to join our team at Sussex Ward, an Intermediate Care Unit with 32 beds. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting our patients and their families/carers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support and assist in the delivery of professional nursing care
- Ensure the highest possible standards of care are received by our patients
- Work collaboratively with the care team to achieve excellent patient outcomes
- Evidence of a good standard of written English appropriate to the role
- A complete and accurate application
- Suitability for role evidenced in supporting statement
- Evidence of essential experience for role
- Meet the essential education/qualifications required for the role
- Hold the necessary mandatory professional/clinical registration
- Evidence of the Trust values and behaviours
- Evidence of any other essential criteria outlined in the person specification

Salary and Benefits
£28,407 to £34,581 a year, plus high cost allowance.
