The Visitor Engagement Coordinator plays a crucial role in enhancing the experience of guests at one of the most frequented attractions. This position involves engaging with visitors and ensuring they have a memorable experience that encourages return visits.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming guests and providing information about events and activities.
- Managing the front desk operations and facilitating connections between visitors and available services.
- Handling inquiries through various communication channels, including face-to-face interactions, phone calls, and online platforms.
- Performing essential administrative tasks to support operational efficiency.
- Assisting in the planning and execution of events and managing bookings.
The ideal candidate will possess experience in a customer-facing role, demonstrating excellent communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential, and familiarity with the local community and environment will be beneficial. A positive attitude, flexibility, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are key attributes for success in this role.
