- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and blockers in billing and payments processes, analyze data to justify impact, and communicate findings to program and product teams to drive process improvements.
- Microsoft Office Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, and multi-task in a high-energy environment.
- Independent Judgment: Ability to work independently and demonstrate sound judgment in ambiguous situations.

- Finance or Accounting Experience: Previous experience in finance or accounting.
