Bespoke Project Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Bespoke Project Engineer to join our team at EES Solutions. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality engineering solutions to our clients in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and implement change, ensuring robust and quality engineering solutions
  • Develop and maintain strong links with core teams, quality teams, and the supply base
  • Provide technical expertise and support to engineering teams, including interior and exterior trim commodities and paint systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Manage and report project status at agreed milestones, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery

Requirements:

  • Technical knowledge and experience in automotive engineering, including interior and exterior trim commodities and paint systems
  • Strong influencing and engagement skills, with the ability to challenge existing thinking and build credibility and trust
  • Good communication and presentation skills, with experience in data analysis and PC skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work well in a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication
