Adult Complex Care Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Adult Complex Care Nurse to join our team at Thornbury Community Services in the Doncaster area. As an 'Outstanding' CQC-rated care provider, we offer a unique opportunity to work with a 19-year-old male with a neurological disorder, global development delay, and scoliosis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to our client, including care of tracheostomy with regular inner tube changes and personal care and assistance with mobilising.
  • Work collaboratively with our dedicated care coordinators to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans.

Requirements:
