About the Role

Flo Health is seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead the marketing efforts for our Health products. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the marketing activity of our Health products, owning key marketing metrics, and working closely with cross-functional teams to define and execute marketing plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute marketing plans that prioritize our internal app audience, increasing product value and trust.
  • Product Launches and Campaigns: Work with cross-functional teams to determine key product launch and calendar moments, and prioritize resources for campaign success.
  • Brand Messaging and Advocacy: Collaborate with our Medical, Claims, and Copywriting teams to find compelling claims and marketing messages that reinforce Flo's benefits, and work with our Growth and UA teams to develop go-to-market campaigns.
  • Marketing Metrics and Analysis: Own key marketing metrics and track campaign performance to optimize for success.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our Product, UX Research, and Medical teams to define, experiment, and iterate on the core value proposition of each Health stream feature.
Requirements
  • Experience: 8+ years of marketing experience, with a strong background in HealthTech and Digital Health.
  • Skills: Excellent copywriting skills, strong understanding of the cultural zeitgeist, female health, and well-being brands, market dynamics, and core consumer audience.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in an academic or business specialty.
