Person SpecificationEssential Qualifications
- Registered Nurse, Social Worker, Mental Health Practitioner, or equivalent qualification
- Significant post-qualifying experience in mental health care
- Computer skills and ability to use electronic patient records
- Mentorship course and clinical supervision training
