Key Responsibilities:

  • Offering support to assist clients who have experienced homelessness in realizing their potential and fostering independence
  • Evaluating client needs by creating and updating personalized support plans
  • Serving as the primary contact for all client inquiries
  • Building rapport with clients while ensuring their personal choice, privacy, and dignity are respected
  • Collaborating with external support services to enhance clients' confidence, health, and well-being, and to provide guidance towards employment and education
  • Managing occasional emergency situations effectively
  • Maintaining accurate and high-quality documentation

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience working with adults facing homelessness
  • Enthusiastic and adaptable with a proactive attitude
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently
  • Strong organizational skills along with basic literacy and numeracy
  • Capacity to respond swiftly to changing priorities while meeting deadlines
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, or a willingness to pursue this qualification is essential
