About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Practitioner to join our team in East Fife. As a Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with various needs, including physical and/or learning disabilities, mental health issues, and autism.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing social support by assisting individuals to engage with their communities through planned outings and activities.
  • Administering and monitoring medication, as required.
  • Assisting with personal care, including showering, bathing, dressing, and arranging visits with professionals.
  • Offering practical support by helping individuals maintain their tenancy through daily household tasks, such as cleaning, laundry, and cooking.
