Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Electric Vehicle Charging Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for analyzing the development of the Electric Vehicle Charging Systems wholesales & distribution market, constructing business development strategies and sales plans, and identifying and reporting business opportunities in targeted segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze the Electric Vehicle Charging Systems wholesales & distribution market and develop business development strategies and sales plans
  • Identify and report business opportunities in targeted segments: Channels & Distributors, EV OEM, Charging Point Operators
  • Develop strong relationships with key channels & distributors and selected accounts
  • Coordinate and manage technical and commercial bid preparation
  • Negotiate contracts
  • Pipeline project management
  • Achieve sales targets and revenue as defined by business leadership
  • Represent Delta during conferences, trade shows, and industry networking events in focused markets

Requirements

  • At least 3-5 years technical sales experience with Electric Vehicle Charging Solutions or Battery Energy Storage solutions
  • Excellent understanding of sales and business development, especially Channel Management and national/international Distributors
  • Technical knowledge of Electric Vehicle Charging Solutions, Power Conditioning System, and Battery Energy Storage system
  • Excellent English communications skills
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships
  • Strong legal understanding of contracts and ability to negotiate
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office
