Compensation: £35 per hour
Work Schedule: Double Days, Monday to Friday, 6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm (Early finish on Fridays)

We are currently seeking a skilled Electrical Systems Maintenance Specialist for a prominent client situated in the Keighley area of West Yorkshire. This organization is a leader in the packaging sector, catering to a diverse range of clients across the UK. The role involves supporting the maintenance of essential equipment and addressing the repair of various complex machinery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform reactive maintenance alongside planned preventative maintenance on all electrical components of machinery.
- Diagnose faults and execute repairs effectively.
- Address electrical issues in high-speed packaging machinery, including control panels, circuits, three-phase power, wiring, sensors, relays, and inverters.
- Work with equipment such as filling machines, sealing machines, labeling machines, wrapping machines, cartoning machines, palletizers, and capping machines.
- Prioritize safety and recommend improvements to processes.
Required Qualifications:
- Completion of an electrical engineering apprenticeship, with a minimum qualification of NVQ Level 3 (certificates necessary).
- Experience with LEAN methodologies and Continuous Improvement practices (e.g., 5S).
- Strong awareness of health and safety standards.
- Ability to work independently with a focus on achieving high-quality results.
- Experience in fast-paced manufacturing environments, particularly in food production.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with production teams and supervisors.
- Dependable and punctual.
