We are seeking a dedicated Retail Visual Presentation Specialist to enhance the customer experience in our stores.


As a Retail Visual Presentation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying sales opportunities within the store, driving revenue through effective visual merchandising strategies and collaborating closely with store management.


Working alongside the Retail Team, you will establish efficient processes that support commercial success, operational excellence, and team growth through creativity, organization, and effective communication.


Your Responsibilities:


• Oversee the visual presentation of the store, demonstrating a keen eye for design and an understanding of customer shopping behaviors to create an engaging shopping experience.


• Collaborate with store management to ensure the shop floor is utilized to its fullest potential, crafting an exciting customer journey and regularly refreshing the layout to showcase products effectively.


• Utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) to work with management in driving sales through regular floor walks, commercial assessments, and strategic time management.


• Plan and execute visual merchandising actions efficiently, including remerchandising new arrivals, styling mannequins, and creating captivating window displays.


• Provide feedback to the Store Manager and Area Visual Merchandiser, ensuring clear and effective communication during weekly updates and floor assessments.


• Identify the visual merchandising training needs of the team, guiding them on standards, resources, and stock management while leading training sessions and offering immediate feedback.


• Be a role model for the team, embodying our customer values and delivering an exceptional customer service experience.


• Maintain high housekeeping standards throughout the store and back of house, ensuring that visual merchandising equipment is well cared for.


• Support other locations with visual merchandising initiatives and assist in new store openings as needed.
