As a Support Volunteer at our Community Garden, you will play a vital role in helping participants of different ages and capacities engage with nature-based activities and each other.

Your key responsibilities will include:

* Helping set up resources and materials for activities
* Supporting participants socially and with nature-based activities (gardening and green crafts)
* Passing on any queries or issues to project leaders
* Helping pack away at the end of the session

In return, you can expect to gain valuable experience, develop your gardening and social skills, and connect with the local community. You will also have the opportunity to learn more about dementia and other illnesses and disabilities, and experience the benefits of therapeutic horticulture.
