As a vital member of our dynamic store team, your primary responsibility will be to efficiently locate, package, and swiftly manage inventory, ensuring it is presented attractively to our customers. When required on the sales floor, your exceptional customer service abilities will be on full display. In exchange for adhering to all Company policies and procedures and maintaining a positive work attitude, we are committed to investing in your growth and development from day one.
About the Role:
To excel as a Stockroom Associate, you will ensure our online customers have access to perfect products by:
Efficiently processing inventory with precision and to the highest standards, which includes locating, packaging, and promptly transferring stock in and out of the store. Meeting deadlines to consistently deliver to our customers as promised. Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and tidiness in operational areas of the store. Assisting in various areas of the store as needed, including the sales floor, to provide quick and friendly service. Collaborating with the store team, reporting to one of our Coordinators or Managers. We offer fantastic benefits (see further list below)
About You:
In accordance with Home Office guidance, successful candidates will be required to demonstrate their right to work in the UK before starting employment.
This role is not typically considered for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route due to relevant Home Office requirements on skill levels not being met. Candidates are therefore encouraged to explore their own right to work options without sponsorship from NEXT.
