Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and manage project budgets to ensure cost-efficiency and adherence to financial targets.
  2. Conduct thorough life-cycle cost analyses to optimize project costs throughout their lifecycle.
  3. Prepare and submit financial documents with precision and clarity.
  4. Negotiate variation/compensation events to secure best value for the company.
  5. Utilize negotiation skills to secure favourable contract terms and resolve disputes effectively.
  6. Identify and manage commercial risks to safeguard project profitability.
Requirements and Qualifications
  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the engineering or construction industry.
  2. Proven experience in cost control, budgeting, and financial management.
  3. Experience in variation/compensation event management, contract negotiation, and dispute resolution.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant project management software.
