Employability Support Specialist

This is a part-time (30 hours) permanent contract role.
Barca Leeds is partnering with Health for All on a new Bright Horizons project, funded by The National Lottery Reaching Communities Fund.
As a Senior, you will lead a small team of two and support families to overcome barriers to employment.
You will work with jobless parents and carers experiencing health, social, and economic barriers, providing up to six months of intensive, one-to-one support.
Your team will be supported by a small Barca-Leeds counselling team.
You will have experience of early intervention, using available resources and skills to develop person-centred plans, after conducting an initial assessment.
You will support others in the team to do the same, using your experience to guide them.
Safeguarding: Barca-Leeds is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and vulnerable adults.
Disclosure and Barring Check: The successful applicant will be required to undergo a Disclosure and Barring Check at a level appropriate to the role, before appointment is confirmed.
