Job Details

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as an Employment Specialist. This role will involve working with our service users to help them achieve their employment goals, providing support and guidance to overcome barriers and achieve success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with service users to identify their employment goals and develop a personalized plan to achieve them
  • Provide support and guidance to service users to overcome barriers to employment, such as lack of skills or experience
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless service delivery
  • Contribute to the development of new programs and services to support employment and inclusion
