Key Responsibilities:- Member Representation: Provide support and guidance to members in grievance and disciplinary matters, ensuring their rights are protected and their voices are heard.
- Recruitment and Retention: Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain members, promoting the benefits of EIS membership and fostering a sense of community among our members.
- Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our members, supporting their professional growth and development.
- Local Negotiations: Engage in local negotiations with employers to secure better working conditions, pay, and benefits for our members.
- Organisational Support: Provide administrative and logistical support to our local associations, ensuring they have the resources they need to operate effectively.
