About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Chief Medical Officer's Services Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, supporting the Chief Medical Officer's portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate knowledge of GMC and other regulatory requirements associated with medical staff revalidation.
  • Provide administrative support to the Deputy Head of CMO Services, including record-keeping and prioritization of project work.
  • Record and prioritize all incoming project work, responding quickly and appropriately to urgent or important issues and queries.
  • Manage post and email inboxes for CMO services, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Responsible for project administration and recording systems, including version control and documentation.
  • Produce ad-hoc activity reports on behalf of the Deputy Head of Chief Medical Officer's Services for managers and consultants.
  • Support the team's responsibilities for National CEA consultant awards processing.
