We are seeking an innovative Visitor Engagement Manager who can foster connections between individuals and the natural world. In this role, you will curate captivating visitor experiences, enticing audiences through a variety of high-quality events.

Your responsibilities will include enhancing our visitor offerings to ensure exceptional experiences. You will also be tasked with capturing relevant data for all events to facilitate thorough reporting and evaluation.

  • Guarantee that the reserve hosts events of the highest caliber, resulting in an outstanding visitor experience.
  • Ensure that the reserve provides a premium, brand-aligned visitor experience.
Proficiency in computer applications is essential, including professional engagement with social media while adhering to brand guidelines.

  • A solid understanding of systems and procedures pertinent to a commercial visitor operation.
  • Proven experience in delivering a superior visitor offering.
  • Experience in analyzing and interpreting data effectively.
Contributions to successful visitor projects or attractions are highly valued.

  • Familiarity with principles of Equality, Diversity & Inclusion.
  • This position will necessitate regular weekend and bank holiday work.
