Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Customer Services Advisor to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services. As a Payroll Customer Services Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving payroll-related queries, and ensuring timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line support for payroll-related queries and issues
- Process payroll transactions accurately and efficiently
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
- Escalate complex issues to senior payroll advisors
- Participate in quality assurance and process improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of payroll processing and UK legislation
- Expert knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Working knowledge of ITrent or other payroll ERP systems
- Customer service and telephony experience
- Quality assurance standards and customer experience delivery
