Conveyancing Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and confident Conveyancing Coordinator to join our team at TN Recruits Law. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our fee-earners on a one-to-one basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Opening new files and preparing client care letters
• Handling Anti-Money Laundering checks, ECOS, and client ID verifications
• Preparing initial documents and contract packs
• Managing exchange and completion processes
• Conducting post-completion tasks and preparing invoices
• Managing the fee-earner's diary and booking appointments
• Liaising with clients and third parties to progress files
• Drafting standard documents and ordering Land Registry documents
• Managing electronic and physical files, including preparing completed files for archive
• Answering the phone and intercom as needed

Requirements:

• Excellent organizational skills
• Confidence and competence in understanding the conveyancing process
• Ability to liaise effectively with clients and third parties
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
