Role Overview

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be instrumental in the growth and success of our organization by supporting the efficient operation of the marketing department. This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities, including administrative support, event coordination, and involvement in digital and print marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, web, and print.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, target demographics, and competitive landscape, providing insights to shape marketing strategies.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining marketing calendars, and coordinating events.
  • Track marketing metrics and maintain systems, including compiling data for monthly marketing reports.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and other departments to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives.
  • Support the planning and execution of company events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
  • Communicate with external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
  • Create engaging content for social media platforms, including basic graphic design.
  • Administer website content updates and optimize for SEO.
  • Manage budget-related tasks, including generating purchase orders and sourcing promotional materials.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in a marketing role or similar capacity.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A creative mindset with a passion for marketing and a willingness to share innovative ideas.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks proactively and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Skills in design and/or copywriting, including SEO, are advantageous.
  • A positive attitude and the capability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
