Role Overview

As the Marketing Coordinator, you will be instrumental in the growth and success of our organization by supporting the efficient operation of the marketing department. This multifaceted role encompasses various marketing activities, including administrative support, event assistance, digital and print marketing campaigns, video case studies, and more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across diverse channels, including social media, email, web, and print.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining marketing calendars, and coordinating events.
  • Maintain and update marketing systems and track performance metrics, including compiling data for monthly reports.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team and other departments to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in organizing company events, trade shows, and promotional activities in partnership with the Campaign Lead.
  • Communicate with external vendors and partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and services.
  • Create engaging content for our social media platforms, including basic graphic design.
  • Administer our website, including content uploads and SEO optimization.
  • Oversee budget administration, including generating purchase orders and sourcing promotional materials.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience in a marketing role or a related field.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • A creative mindset with a passion for marketing and a willingness to contribute innovative ideas.
  • The ability to proactively manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Skills in design and/or copywriting, including SEO, are advantageous.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
