Your Role as a Joinery Estimator

As a Joinery Estimator, you will play a crucial role in the project team, responsible for accurately estimating the costs of bespoke joinery projects. Your duties will include analyzing project specifications, preparing detailed cost estimates, liaising with suppliers and subcontractors, and ensuring that all estimates are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze project specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for bespoke joinery projects
  • Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery
  • Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure high-quality project delivery
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an estimator in the joinery or construction industry
  • Strong understanding of joinery materials, processes, and costs
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills
  • Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
