Job Summary:

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a skilled Fire and Security Service Engineer to join our team. As a Fire and Security Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing fire and security systems in various locations across South England.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair fire and security systems, including alarm systems, CCTV systems, and access control systems.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure systems are functioning properly and make any necessary repairs or adjustments.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other engineers and technicians to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry developments to ensure the highest level of service delivery.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in fire and security system installation, maintenance, and repair.
  • Strong knowledge of fire and security systems, including alarm systems, CCTV systems, and access control systems.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various locations.
