We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Support Worker at Trenewydd. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing physical and emotional support to our service users, assisting them with daily tasks and promoting their independence.

About the Role
  • Provide physical and emotional support to service users
  • Assist with daily tasks such as washing, dressing, and personal care
  • Promote independence and encourage service users to take control of their lives
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure high-quality care
