Job Title: Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Support Worker to join our team at Trenewydd. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing physical and emotional support to our service users, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist service users with daily living tasks, such as washing and dressing
  • Support service users to maintain their independence and engage in activities that promote their well-being
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure the highest standard of care is delivered
