Role Overview:

As a member of our team, you will play a key role in delivering a unique and memorable coffee experience to our customers. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about coffee, customer service, and contributing to the growth of a new independent business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and serve specialty coffee drinks with expertise in espresso, pour-over, and other brewing methods.
  • Demonstrate skill in latte art, adding an artistic touch to our coffee offerings.
  • Lead daily coffee shop operations, ensuring high standards of coffee preparation and customer service.
  • Train and mentor junior staff in coffee brewing techniques and customer service.
  • Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
