Job Title: Digital Learning Specialist

We are seeking a highly driven and goal-oriented individual to join our team as a Digital Learning Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for attracting top talent, following online training and compliance, and building long-lasting relationships with our team members and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and attract top talent to join our team
  2. Follow online training and compliance to ensure our team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge
  3. Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with our team members and clients
  4. Collaborate with our dedicated trainer to create and review marketing campaigns

Requirements:

  1. 5+ years of experience in a similar field
  2. Strong interest in personal growth and development
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  5. Self-motivated and a big thinker who can create success for themselves
