AXA UK is on the lookout for a skilled In-house Engineer to enhance our Motor Engineering division. This position involves delivering technical support to our Motor Claims team, Brokers, and Clients. Your key duties will encompass overseeing and regulating expenditure on Motor Insurance Claims, alongside conducting remote vehicle evaluations through various techniques to ensure precise claim valuations.

  • Assess and negotiate settlements for motor vehicles with clients
  • Evaluate repairer performance and provide actionable recommendations
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with suppliers
  • Facilitate the claims process for both insured and third-party claims

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in evaluating damage to motor vehicles
  • Familiarity with Farm, Agricultural equipment, and Commercial vehicles
  • ATA certification for Vehicle Damage Assessment is a must
  • Proficient in Audatex and CAP software
