Job Title: Mandarin and English Support Officer

Contract Type: Casual

Working Hours: Up to 20 hours per week

Location: Coventry (on-site)

Salary: per hour

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Mandarin and English Support Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting international education and providing support to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Share responsibility for the recruitment of international students and assist the team to achieve recruitment targets.
  • Provide high-quality after-sales consultation and customer service.
  • Process student applications, including helping students fill in application forms, forwarding them to the university, tracking their progress, and updating information in student files.
  • Liaise with universities and students to track applications, arrange interviews, and field general or specific enquiries.
  • Support the recruitment of international students and assist the team to achieve recruitment targets.
  • Participate in company training and deliver information sessions at regular company meetings.
  • Maintain good communication with colleagues and keep the centre manager informed of application statuses or problems.

Requirements:

  • University degree in any discipline.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Responsibility, maturity, organisation, and honesty.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Ability to meet targets and deadlines and work well under pressure.
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative to develop and improve services.
